How do I get to your Apartments from the Airport?

When exiting the airport, turn right onto Airport Road.
Travel north through all roundabouts following the signs to Launceston. 
This highway will take you into the outer city area. 
At a major intersection the road becomes Bathurst Street.
Follow this in the left or middle lanes.  
Turn left at York St and you will see the signs directing you to Exeter, Beauty Point and Beaconsfield, follow these. 
York St follows on to the West Tamar Highway(A7) through Riverside and Legana. 
Continue north through the roundabout at Legana shopping centre, you will see a sign directing you to turn right to Rosevears - do not turn here. 
Continue on the West Tamar Highway (A7), we are located approximately 4 klms further on.  
Turn left at Waldhorn Drive.
You will see the large Tamar Ridge Estates sign, turn left into the vineyard and follow the road to Reception.

Do you have Apartments with Wheel Chair Access or Disability aids?

We have one apartment with disability access. This apartment has full wheel chair access and a full bathroom setup with a walk-in shower, grab bars, wall rails, as well as a non-slip floor surface.

Do you have Car Parking? And how much would it cost?

We have guaranteed car parking adjacent to all apartments.  Only one car can be parked outside each apartment, additional cars can be parked in the restaurant car park near reception. Car parking is free of charge.

How often will my room be serviced?

Your room will be serviced daily by our housekeeping staff except on Sundays and public holidays or if on a no service special. Linen will be changed on major services weekly. If you require extra services or any extra items - please contact reception. NOTE: Rooms will not be serviced if the Do Not Disturb sign is placed on the door.

Is Linen provided?

All linen is provided for you, however if you do require any extra items, please feel free to contact reception.

Are there hair dryers in the rooms or apartments?

Yes, all our rooms and apartments have hair dryers in the bathroom.

Are there washing and/or ironing facilites in the apartments?

Currently our apartments do not have washing facilities.  The closest laundromat is at Riverside approximately a ten minute drive.   Iron & ironing boards are provided in each apartment.

Are your apartments air-conditioned?

All of our apartments have airconditioning and heating.

Are we able to provide Gift Vouchers?

Yes we are able to put packages together as Gift Vouchers.  Please do not hesitate to ask us.
